- Direct contact: if you call, email or message us on WhatsApp, we use your contact details only to respond to you.

Third-party services
This website uses Google Maps to show our location and WhatsApp to deliver appointment requests. When you use those features, Google and WhatsApp (Meta) process information under their own privacy policies. The appointment form opens WhatsApp on your device — nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp.
Medical information
Please do not submit detailed medical information through this website. Clinical details are best shared in person with your clinician, where they are recorded and protected as part of your confidential medical record.
