About this service
Most care starts here. Whether it's a fever that won't break, a pain you can't explain, a routine check-up or just "something isn't right" — a general consultation gets you in front of an experienced clinician who listens first and explains everything.
Because our laboratory and pharmacy are on the same campus, a consultation usually resolves in a single visit: assessment, tests if needed, diagnosis and treatment — all before you go home.
What we help with
- Everyday illness — fevers, infections, stomach issues, headaches and persistent symptoms.
- Check-ups and reviews — routine health checks and follow-up on previous treatment.
- Chronic condition support — ongoing review and medication for long-term conditions.
- "Not sure where to start" — we assess and route you to the right specialist clinic if needed.

Come any time, day or night — or book on WhatsApp to shorten your wait.
The clinician listens to your concern, asks questions and examines you. Nothing is rushed.
Lab tests and scans happen in the same building, usually in the same visit.
Diagnosis explained, medication from our pharmacy in hand, and clear instructions on follow-up.
