Severe pain, injury, heavy bleeding, difficulty breathing, or a child who is very unwell — come straight to emergency or call as you travel.

- Any previous medical records, prescriptions or test results you have — they help us help you faster.
- A list of medicines you currently take, including herbal remedies.
- Your phone, so we can reach you about results and follow-up.
- For baby visits: the child's clinic book if you have one.
How a typical visit works
You're registered and directed to the right service. Tell reception if your matter is urgent — urgent cases are prioritised immediately.
A clinician listens to your concern, examines you and explains what they find.
Laboratory tests and scans happen on site, so you usually get answers in the same visit.
You leave with your medication from our pharmacy, clear instructions, and a follow-up plan where needed.
