Do I need an appointment, or can I just walk in?
Walk-ins are welcome 24 hours a day — no referral or appointment is required. Booking ahead on WhatsApp or by phone simply shortens your waiting time.
What are your opening hours?
We are open 24 hours, every day of the year, including weekends and public holidays. The line +254 711 161 164 is answered around the clock.
Do you offer maternity and baby care?
Yes — it's one of our flagship services. We provide antenatal visits, delivery support, newborn checks, baby clinics and postnatal care for mothers. See the Maternity & Baby Care page for details.
How do I book through WhatsApp?
Use the form on our booking page, or message us directly at +254 711 161 164 with your name and the service you need. We reply with the next available time.
Can I get laboratory tests and medication in the same visit?
Yes. Our laboratory and pharmacy are on site, so consultation, testing and treatment usually happen in a single visit.
Is HIV testing confidential?
Completely. Testing, counselling and ongoing HIV care are handled privately and your records are kept strictly confidential.
Where exactly is the hospital?
Upper Hill–White House, along Nakuru–Nyahururu Road, opposite Nakuru High School, Nakuru — directly opposite Nakuru High School. There is parking on site and matatus stop nearby.
What should I do in an emergency?
Come straight to the hospital, or call +254 711 161 164 while you are on the way so our team can prepare. Do not use the website form for emergencies.
